BOOKKEEPING
Our dedicated bookkeeping department provides professional bookkeeping and bookkeeping for each short term rental we manage. Management fees, booking fees, online bill pay, owner draws, and taxes are all included in our management services, and owners are kept up to date on all transactions through our convenient online Owner Portal.
